What is a verified action?
One financial-agent decision that needs proof — an authorization checked against a mandate, or an audit record committed to the evidence chain — not every API call. Technically, each verified action produces an anchor: a hash committed on Solana with Merkle batch proofs.
What happens if I exceed my included actions?
Developer overage is billed at $0.01 per verified action, Growth and Scale at $0.005. You can set usage alerts and hard caps in the Control Panel, so there are no surprise bills.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Regent prices infrastructure, not headcount. Your whole team can use the Control Panel on any paid plan.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual prepay includes 2 months free on Growth and Scale. Enterprise terms are contractual.
Is human KYC included?
Technical AgentID issuance is included in every plan. Optional human-KYC binding — verifying the person behind an agent through a licensed provider — is a separate, pass-through-at-cost step on paid plans.
Can Regent handle our regulator's evidence format?
Enterprise evidence packs cover EU AI Act Article 12/14 record-keeping, NIST AI RMF, and SOC 2 exports — as evidence exports and mappings for internal compliance review. Custom regulator mapping is available through professional services.
